Automatic refunds

If an advanced task you paid for fails, the payment is refunded automatically.

Credits held for a task that fails, is cancelled before it runs, or doesn't change the file are returned to your balance.

Tools you preview first and pay for when you’re happy

You see the result summary before you pay. If the file doesn't improve, for example a compression that doesn't make it smaller, there's nothing to pay.

Requesting a refund

If a result is unusable, request a refund from the order page within 14 days. Tell us what went wrong. We review every request and reply by email.

Credit packs can be refunded for credits you haven't used. Plan payments can be refunded in the cases required by law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law of your country. In some countries you agree, at checkout, that delivery starts right away and that this ends your right to withdraw.
